Dinner
We serve the evening menu from 18.30 to 20.45 in our restaurants and parlors - a fixed seat is reserved for you. We recommend you to reserve a table in advance.
Departure
On the day of departure we will make the room available to you until 11 am.
Please hand in your room cards at the reception when you check out.
We offer a late departure subject to availability for 50 percent of the room rate.
Arrival
The rooms are ready for occupancy at 3 pm on the day of arrival.
Incoming mail
Incoming mail will be placed in your mailbox at reception by approximately 12 noon.
Deposit
A deposit on existing bookings can be made upon request, quoting the reservation number. However, this must be received by three days prior to arrival. We will not be responsible for any bank charges that may be incurred.

Please note that when you book, we can confirm the category, but not a specific room number or floor. However, we will gladly accept your requests and take them into consideration if available.

Dry cleaning or laundry and ironing service (drop-off before 9 a.m., return by appointment - weekends excluded, laundry bags available)
Reception cocktail
When booking offers, you will receive an aperitif coupon upon arrival. We will serve your welcome aperitif - non-alcoholic on request - with your evening menu.
Floor service
We offer this service from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. You can get the card for the floor breakfast at the reception.
Bicycle rental
We rent mountain bikes free of charge, subject to availability. Bicycle tickets are also available at the reception
Fitness room
Our fitness room is located in the bathing area. It is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Due to current hygiene regulations, a maximum of 2 people are allowed to use it at the same time.
Hairdryer
All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
Leisure activities
Our reception staff will be happy to help you with ideas and tips for planning your vacation. Current events can be found in your Trescherpost ( is on your table at breakfast).
Breakfast
We serve our breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 am in the restaurant in the main building. Here you will be accompanied to your table by our service staff.
Breakfast for early departure
You can order a thermo breakfast from the service staff or at the reception.
Lost and found
If you have lost or found something, please contact the reception. We will gladly send you your lost property after your stay for a fee.
Garage
Upon request, we can provide you with a rental garage, subject to availability, for the duration of your stay at a cost of 15 Euros per day. Please reserve your garage before your arrival.
Guest feedback
With "Customer Alliance" we have the possibility to collect and evaluate your feedback and thus constantly improve our service. You will receive the questionnaire as an e-mail after your stay.
Luggage storage
We are happy to store your luggage. Please contact our reception.
Golf
Treschers Extra: Greenfee free of charge from the 1st night: You play free of charge on the 18-hole golf course "Heavenly Hell". The course is heavenly situated between Hinterzarten and Titisee.
Liability
We are liable within the scope of the legal hotel liability.
Half board
For bookings with half board, a table in the restaurant will be reserved directly for you personally. You are welcome to indicate your preferred time before arrival at +49 7651 805-402. We ask you to take your table in the restaurant until 8 pm.
Towels
are ready for you in your room. Bath and sauna towels are available in our wellness department.
Housekeeper
Our housekeeper and her team will be happy to provide you with clothes hangers, pillows, blankets, etc. Your wishes will be taken care of by our staff at the reception.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our house.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed here.
Internet
Our entire house has WLAN, only the wellness area is internet free zone. You can get the password at the reception. The use is free of charge for guests, however, depending on demand, there may be transmission bottlenecks. We ask for your understanding.

Please wear appropriate clothing in our restaurants.
Children's menu
We have a special children's menu for our youngest guests. We are also happy to fulfill special requests.

You will find an adventure playground behind the church, another playground by the sports field.
KONUS guest card
After filling in the registration form you will receive the KONUS guest card. This is valid as a ticket in the registered period of your stay on the routes of all buses and railroads 2nd class; except IC, ICE and mountain railroads. The KONUS guest card is only valid in connection with a photo ID. Children under 6 years of age travel free of charge. KONUS is only valid for passenger transportation, not for the free transportation of animals and bicycles. Kitchen
The kitchen has its home in the Schwäbisch-Badischent. The daily changing menus take you on a culinary journey through the region with international side trips. Wherever possible, Treschers sources regional products from farmers, bakers, butchers, beekeepers and fish farmers who go about their work with care and love. We do not offer vegan cuisine.
Visitor's tax
The visitor's tax is 2,70 € per person and day of stay for adults and teenagers over 16 years. Children and teenagers from 6 to 15 years pay 1 €.

Food allergies
We always have special food for allergy sufferers (gluten, lactose). Please inform us of any allergies prior to your arrival. We cannot accommodate unannounced food intolerances. Despite taking the greatest possible care, we cannot rule out the possibility of traces of allergens in dishes.
Cross-country ski trails
groomed cross-country ski trails are located near the hotel.
Packed lunch
Are you planning a full-day excursion or a long hike? We will be happy to prepare a nice lunch bag for you or pack your backpack according to your ideas. Please contact the hotel reception or our restaurant service. Costs will be charged according to the contents.

Please park your vehicle only in the regular parking spaces - only loading and unloading is allowed at the hotel entrance. We offer a garage parking space for 15 €. You can get the key at the reception. We are not liable for any damage caused on our parking spaces.

Safe
All our rooms have room safes, which are operated by number code. You will find the instructions in the safe. The hotel is not liable for unsecured items in your room. For locked items the legal liability comes into effect.

Please keep your room card in a safe place. Always make sure that your room is locked. If you lose your room card, report it to us immediately.
Skiing
in the lift network Feldberg and in the other surrounding skiing areas. Transfer with the ski bus of the ÖNV - bus stop at the hotel.
Cancellation
After confirmation of the room reservation by our guests we hold a room ready. In case of cancellation, last-minute change or early departure, we take the liberty of charging for the loss we incur. Up to 7 days before the date of arrival cancellations are free of charge, in the period 7 to 4 days we charge 50%, from 3 days before departure 80% of the agreed price. In case of early departure or no-show, 100 % will be charged. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Beach
You may use the hotel's own beach with bathing jetty between 8 am and 8 pm.
Electricity
All rooms have electricity connections. International adapters are available at the reception.
Conferences
Our hotel has extensive conference and seminar facilities for up to 150 people. If you are planning a meeting or celebration, please contact our hotel reception.
Cab
We will be happy to order a cab for you and call you in your room as soon as it arrives.

Hiking maps can be borrowed at the reception.
Laundry service
