POSITIVE TEST AND CORONA INFECTION
What to do in the event of infection and when the federal emergency brake is applied
If an on-site test yields a positive result, you will immediately start your journey home in your own vehicle.
If you or a family member falls ill while on vacation or has symptoms that suggest a

From an incidence of 100 in our region, the federal emergency brake applies. That means a

(Provision of the room) is not applicable. In return, the guests must leave,

to use the Luca app during your stay with us. Using the app is quick
and responsible contact tracking possible in the event of a corona infection.
With the data protection-compliant system, we can break infection chains together
and significantly reduce the annoying paperwork. Please download in preparation for your
Holiday the Luca app https://www.luca-app.de on your smartphone or tablet. The app and
their use is free of charge. With the help of your smartphone camera, you can go directly to

we have generally adjusted our booking and cancellation conditions.
Our service promise includes a “free cancellation option” for everyone
New bookings up to 7 days before arrival. These conditions are valid for all bookings
until December 31, 2021. The following applies to all bookings: advance payments are not necessary. Payment is made in the hotel.
Or you would like to purchase a voucher – as a gift or deductible.
You can design and print out our Trescher vouchers yourself on your PC. You need to

are valid for up to six years and can be redeemed for all hotel and restaurant services.
Arrival without quarantine obligation
Arrival without a quarantine obligation is currently only possible from Germany or countries that
